We have provided our expertise to many farms who wish to try something new including farm shops, tourism and outdoor activities, camping, cafes, garden centres and artisan ventures. A key project was the design and development of Harrison’s farm shop & restaurant, Greyabbey, featured on BBC1’s The Farm Fixer.

Removal of Agricultural Clauses

Farm Dwellings approved prior to 2008 would have had restrictive covenants/clauses placed on them by the DOE planners including farm retirement, farm workers etc. We are specialists in getting these restrictions lifted to allow the sale/development of these properties.

New Agricultural Sheds, Buildings and Slurry Tanks

We provide design for all types of agricultural buildings including lying in sheds, slatted sheds, cubicle buildings, milking parlours, agricultural stores. Steel frame and concrete shuttered structures are also catered for.

Wind Turbines /Meteorlogical Mast/Phone Masts

We can provide design and consultancy for the installation of new masts, including selecting appropriate locations and negotiation with local authorities.

Landfill

Raising of often wet, rocky or low lying land to provide usable farming land through the deposit of clay, concrete and inert materials. We undertake the require topographical surveys to determine levels and take care of the application to the NI Planning Service and the NIEA for your Waste Management Exemption License.
