Building Control Issues and illegal work
You may have outstanding Building Control queries which require to be resolved in order to gain a Completion Certificate or the property may have been constructed differently to the original plans. We can undertake a full survey, identify the changes, produce the amended drawings and submit these to the local building control to achieve Approval and Completion in a timely manner. We can submit Regularisation Applications to achieve approval on works already completed as well as all types of standard applications for all types of minor and major works to be undertaken.
Self Build Mortgage Insurance

We have many years experience in dealing with lending institutions and their particular requirements and can offer both 6 and 10 year warranties. This includes production of Start, Interim & Completion Certificates as well as multiple site inspections throughout the course of construction.
